Ceric Ammonium Nitrate

Ceric ammonium nitrate is perhaps the most versatile rare earth salt used today and has commercial uses in electronics, specialty ceramics, superabsorbants, Chemical Mechanical Planarization and numerous Pharmaceutical processes.
 
  •     Available in bulk in several grades from commercial to a high purity etchant. The wide range of uses includes oxidative catalyst, etchant for circuit boards and semiconductor applications and UV inhibitor.
